For the Ubungo Flyover project, we were deeply involved in ensuring the successful supply of essential materials like river sand, aggregates, and cement. The process started with carefully sourcing the highest quality river sand from trusted quarries. This sand was crucial for producing concrete and mortar, so we made sure it was clean and met the specifications required for the project. We also selected strong, durable aggregates, both fine and coarse, to provide the necessary stability and strength for the flyover's structure. In addition, we sourced premium cement that met both national and international quality standards, ensuring the foundation of the project would be solid and durable.

Before any materials were delivered, we conducted thorough quality checks. We screened the sand and aggregates to remove impurities and ensure they met the exact requirements for the project. The cement was tested to guarantee it would provide the necessary strength and consistency needed for the construction. Once the materials passed these checks, we organized the logistics for delivery.

Our fleet of well-maintained trucks was responsible for transporting the materials to the Ubungo Flyover construction site. We took care to ensure that the deliveries were on time and coordinated properly to keep the project on schedule. Once on-site, we ensured that the materials were stored correctly, protecting them from contamination and ensuring they were easy to access when needed. We also focused on minimizing waste to ensure that all the materials were used efficiently.

The concrete for the flyover was made by mixing the river sand, aggregates, and cement at our batching plants. This ready-mix concrete was produced with precise measurements to guarantee the right consistency and strength for the construction. Once ready, the concrete was quickly transported to the site, where it was applied to build the flyover’s foundation and structure.
